Francisco is a PhD student in the Power Systems Laboratory (PSL) at ETH Zürich, working under the supervision of Prof. Gabriela Hug. His research focuses on the effect of small-scale distributed energy resources across all voltage levels, with an emphasis on voltage dynamics. Before his doctoral studies, he received the BSc and MSc degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Costa Rica.
